2. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payments: If a user is charged more than once for the same transaction.
- Failed Transactions: If the user’s payment is deducted but the service is not delivered or the transaction fails.
- Technical Errors: In cases where technical issues from our end result in incomplete or undelivered services.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Change of mind after successful transactions.
- Misuse of features or incorrect usage of services by the user.
- Any request beyond 7 days from the date of the transaction.

- Our team will verify the claim, and if eligible, initiate a refund within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
