  • Technical Errors: In cases where technical issues from our end result in incomplete or undelivered services.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after successful transactions.
  • Misuse of features or incorrect usage of services by the user.
  • Any request beyond 7 days from the date of the transaction.
